  • Use our document generators (invoices, receipts, purchase orders) to create fraudulent, forged, or misleading documents.
  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security feature of the Site.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to scrape, crawl, or mass-download content from Utility Spark without prior written permission.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the source code, visual design, or proprietary algorithms of the Site.
  • Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

We reserve the right to block access from IP addresses or users who violate these terms, without prior notice.

This disclaimer applies specifically and without limitation to:

  • The GST Calculator, Income Tax Calculator, EMI Calculator, HRA Calculator, PF Calculator, Gratuity Calculator, EPS Pension Calculator, NPS Calculator, and all other financial calculators.
  • The Invoice Generator, GST Invoice Formatter, Receipt Generator, Purchase Order Generator, Estimate Generator, and all other document generators.
  • Any output generated by the Profit Margin Calculator, Break-Even Calculator, Revenue Forecast, or any business planning tool.

Tax laws, regulations, interest rates, and statutory thresholds change frequently and vary by jurisdiction. Any documents, images, text, PDFs, or other outputs you create using Utility Spark's tools belong entirely to you. We claim no ownership, license, or rights over content you generate using our tools. Because processing occurs locally in your browser, we receive no copy of your output either.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of Utility Spark, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from planned or unplanned downtime.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of Utility Spark shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If you access Utility Spark from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
